Track Your Order
Where Is My Order?
We know you're excited to receive your music gear! Here's how to check on your order status:
Option 1: Check via Your Account (Recommended)
If you have a The Music Stand account, the fastest way to track your order is to log in and view your order history directly:
- Log in to your account at themusicstand.com/account.
- Go to Orders to see all of your recent purchases.
- Click on your order to view its current status and, once shipped, your carrier tracking link.
Option 2: Use Your Order Confirmation Email
When you placed your order, we sent a confirmation email to the address you provided. That email contains:
- Your order number
- A summary of your items
- A shipment notification with a carrier tracking link once your order has shipped
Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or search for an email from The Music Stand.
Order Status Guide
- Processing — We've received your order and are preparing it for shipment.
- Shipped — Your order is on its way! Click the tracking link in your shipment email to follow it with the carrier.
- Delivered — Your order has arrived. Enjoy!
